Then You're Set
Landing & moving
- Two airports. Mopa (GOX) is north, Dabolim (GOI) is south. Book the stay first, then fly into the right end
- Stay within 30 minutes of your nights. Wet roads don't hurry for anyone
- Scooter between showers. Cab when it pours and always after dark
The rain
- Mornings are sunny, afternoons pour. Do your sightseeing before lunch
- The sea is off duty. Walk it, shoot it, don't swim it
- Dudhsagar is at full blast. Take a guide, check the jeep route first
The bag
- Quick-dry everything. Cotton never dries here
- Two pairs of footwear. One is always wet
- Poncho beats umbrella. Dry bag for the phone and power bank
- Repellent, plus cash for when the ATM sulks
